Avocado and Smoked salmon on Rye

Rye bread slices piled with avocado and salmon make a tasty and healthy lunch meal.

STEP 1
In a bowl, mash together avocado, chilli paste and lemon juice.

STEP 2
Spoon the avocado mixture over rye bread slice; top with smoked salmon and garnish with lime wedges. Enjoy!

  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 Rye Bread Slices
  • 20 grams Smoked Salmon Slices
  • 4 Lime Wedges
